THE PILATES METHOD

Pilates is a unique system of mindful exercise to achieve flexibility, strength, and balance.  It was developed by Joseph H. Pilates nearly a century ago and it has grown to be a popular form of exercise today. 

 

In our principles of Pilates instruction we blend many innovative movement methods to tune people into their core at a superior level.   Many people label this a mind-body connection force.  This enables our students to develop body awareness faster and achieve healthy progression of their nervous system, joint structures, and pure core muscles.  Our style of program design provides the body with many lasting benefits.
